Important information before submitting your puppy application

Before your visit

Appointments are required. Discuss your plans with your household and submit your application before your visit. No outside pets, kennel access, or public restrooms are available. Please reschedule if you have been to another breeder or rescue, or around a sick dog, within 48 hours.

Before making a commitment

Review the puppy’s price. Down payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in the written warranty. Deposits are arranged with Cindy through a payment request; final pickup payment is cash. No checks are accepted. The supplied information lists 7% Iowa sales tax and a 4% credit/debit card fee. Contact Cindy to confirm your total and payment arrangements.

Out-of-state buyers must choose a puppy before traveling and allow time for the veterinarian’s health certificate. Shipping is unavailable according to the supplied sales disclaimer.
